One- we will launch an Airbnb arbitrage portfolio focusing on high monthly yields. These will be highly selective properties in tourism-zoned buildings that our team already operates in.
Two- we will acquire affordable rental properties to build underlying equity for our token and our token holders. Primary markets will include towns within 90 minutes proximity to larger metropolitan areas.
Three- we will acquire land and develop experience-driven stays such as cabin retreats, wellness resorts and branded stays.
Every week, profit is converted into USDT-ERC20 via the profit-sharing wallet and distributed to token holders.
